Keep My Commandments

As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends. You are My friends if you do whatsoever I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing: but have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. These things I command you, that you love one another. John 15:9-17

“I have loved you just as the Father has loved Me; remain in My love [and do not doubt My love for you].” John 15:9 (AMP)...“If you keep My commandments and obey My teaching, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. I have told you these things so that My joy and delight may be in you, and that your joy may be made full and complete and overflowing.” (John 15:10-11)

Yesterday's Trivia Question?

What happened to Cain after he murdered his brother? Genesis 4:10-12

Not only did Cain murder Abel but then he lied to God about it when God asked him where his brother was. But God knew what he had done and he put Cain under a curse and drove him from his ground. He would work the ground but it would no longer yield crops. And then he became a restless wanderer of the earth. He went out from God's presence and lived in the land of Nod, which was east of Eden.

Today's Trivia Question

Before Cain left God's presence, he put a mark on Cain. What was this mark and why did God place it there?  Genesis 4:10-11

Hello, Friends.  I hope your day has started off well so far. Until next time, God bless!
