What is all the hype about AI? Warnings about Counseling/Introduction

 

I think AI is most likely here to stay. And I think we should learn as much as we can about it, so hopefully we don't fall into the pitfalls that are happening and have been happening for longer than we even realize.

But the first question is: Where do we even begin?

I have found an article at Crossings.org which at least can get us started. I plan to divide it in short parts so that we can read a part each day to think on. Once done with this article, we may go further with other studies about AI as the Lord leads.

When robots were first invented, it was difficult to imagine they could ever serve as counselors to human beings, and yet today many people seek counseling or advice from artificial intelligence (AI). However, how can something without emotion counsel someone with emotion? Even the Tin Man in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz said, “I shall take the heart; for brains do not make one happy, and happiness is the best thing in the world.” As AI grows and gains acceptance in the counseling field, several areas warrant consideration.

This examines four perspectives, or lenses, on AI and counseling: clinical effectiveness, ethical risk, cultural responsiveness, and counselor professional identity.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

4. Explanation of Revelation 19:11–13

   Revelation 19:11–13 depicts Jesus Christ’s triumphant, divine return as the Faithful and True King, riding a white horse, wielding righteous judgment, and clothed in the blood of His sacrifice and victory godsbless.ing+1.

   Context in Revelation

   This passage is part of John’s apocalyptic vision of the “marriage of the Lamb” (Rev. 19:6–7) and the final confrontation between Christ and the forces of evil. It follows the destruction of “Babylon the Great” (Rev. 18) and the gathering of the world’s armies at Megiddo to oppose God Bíblia Plus.

   Key Imagery and Meaning

   1. The White Horse and the Rider
   John sees “heaven opened” and a white horse — a symbol of purity, righteousness, and victory godsbless.ing+1.    5. Robe Dipped in Blood
   This “vestment” (Rev. 19:13) recalls Isaiah 63:2–3, symbolizing both the blood of His sacrificial death for humanity’s salvation and the blood of His enemies over whom He will triumph godsbless.ing+1. It is a visual of His victory over sin, death, and the enemy.

   6. “The Word of God”
   This title affirms Christ’s divine nature (John 1:1; 1 John 2:14) and His role as the perfect revelation of God’s truth and will Bible Hub.

   Theological Significance

   • Christ’s Return: This is the Second Coming in power and glory, fulfilling prophecy and God’s plan for redemption godsbless.ing+1.

   In summary: Revelation 19:11–13 is a vivid, symbolic portrayal of Christ’s victorious, righteous, and divine return — a moment of judgment, salvation, and the establishment of God’s eternal kingdomsgodsbless.ing Things have settled down tho and hopefully the craziness is over. I would ask those of you that might be praying for us, that you continue to do so for a while. The health issue for my DIL is still on the table and we do not know how it will end up. Even though I have not given you details and still won't, part of the reason for this situation is because she has neglected to take care of herself properly with what the doctors have told her in the past. And she is still having trouble with that but now it is critical that she needs to do what they tell her, and for some reason she is resistant to it. So please pray that she will see the seriousness of it so that her body can heal. And thank you for that.

Thankfully, things have settled down for me, and I am happy to be back.

I have not given you details for what had happened with my DIL, and I do not intend to.

But for any of you that have been praying for us, please especially keep praying for her.

This issue first occurred a few years ago and at that time she had surgery.

Since then she has started having problems and has neglected to take care of herself as her doctors had

 advised her to do. So now it has gotten critical. And the problem is, she is still resistant to follow their instructions. So I ask you to please be praying for her as she has more appointments to follow up with treatment that she will see the importance of doing what they want her to do.
