How should we live while we wait

Christians should be on guard, watching and praying until the day of the Lord. The Bible says in Luke 21:34-36, “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. Revelation 8:8-11

Verses 8–9 – The Second Trumpet: Burning Mountain into the Sea
A fiery mass like a great mountain is cast into the sea. One-third of the sea becomes blood, one-third of sea life dies, and one-third of the ships are destroyed.

Verses 10–11 – The Third Trumpet: The Star Called Wormwood
A blazing star named “Wormwood” falls on a third of the rivers and springs. The waters turn bitter, and many people die from the poisoned water.

Just to let you know what is going on in the next couple of weeks, I will have my family coming in from out of state for a few days. And so during those days, I won't do my regular content, but I am going to try to keep posting the scripture in Revelation. I am going to finish out this particular study as we have 3 days left, and so I will be posting the next one tomorrow. However, I am not sure what time it will be here. It will probably be late afternoon before I can get to it. And then I won't be doing any more regular content until the end of June, although at this point, I am unsure of the date. I will let you know ahead of time, around the 29th.
