What Do We Know About The Angels Of The Bible?

THE LORD SHALL SEND HIS ANGEL WITH YOU AND MAKE YOUR JOURNEY SUCCESSFUL. -GENESIS 24:40Here are a few more interesting facts about angels that we might like to know:


God created thousands of angels: Hebrews 12:22

Angels ministered to Jesus in the wilderness after the devil tried to tempt him: Mathew 4:1-11

Angels never die: Luke 20:36

Angels rejoice when a sinner is saved: Luke 15:10

Angels are in heaven with all believers: Hebrews 12:22-23

Angels have emotions like joy (Job 38:7) and longing. (1 Peter 1:12

Angels can choose to obey or disobey God. Isaiah 14:12-14, Jude 1:6

Angels are subject to Jesus Christ: 1 Peter 3:22
