Psalm 1:2 What is the Law of the Lord?

 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditates day and night.

What is the law of the Lord?

The law of Christ, then, is to love God with all of our being and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. In Mark 12:32–33, the scribe who asked Jesus the question responds with, “To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.” In this, Jesus and the scribe agreed that those two commands are the core of the entire Old Testament Law. All of the Old Testament Law can be placed in the category of “loving God” or “loving your neighbor.” (Credit: gotquestions.org}

Do we love God with all of our being? Do we love our neighbors like we do ourselves?

If we don't, we should.

Because that is what God wants us to do.

Granted, its sometimes not easy.

But it is important to strive in doing these things.

Because it pleases God. (my thoughts)

Thanks for coming by today, Friends.

Have a blessed day. And while you are at it,

bless someone else, that may need it today.
