Psalm 46:10

Have you noticed how crazy the world is anymore? Of course, you have. Does it seem like your world is has gone off of its axis?
Mine has.
So what are we supposed to do?
The Psalmist David probably penned Psalm 46:10 in a time of war.
God wanted him to still himself and know that He will take care of things.
There was no need for worry.
What are we worrying about today?
Is war breaking out in our homes?
In our world?
Are we worrying about the loss of income?
Rebelling child
What about the political situation going on under our very noses?
Where will that end?
As with David, God wants us to get quiet before Him.
And know that no matter what is going on, he has the backs of us, His children.
What greater promise do we have then to know who is on our side against our enemies?

 Jeremiah 10:6 tells us:
There is none like you, O LORD; you are great, and your name is great in might.

As our world, and the world in general seems to rock back and forth in these crazy times,
we have all we need, when we quiet ourselves before our Holy God
and know that He does indeed have our backs.

Good morning, friends. Thanks for coming by.
Have a blessed day.
