The Role of Jesus in the Trinity (part 3 of 6)

                                                                             

God sent his Son Jesus into the world to redeem us from sin and death. What is the role of Jesus in the Trinity?

1. Jesus started his ministry at age 30. Luke 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age.
2. He paid for our sins when h died on the cross.I Cothianians 15:3-4  For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
3. He justifies and saves us from wrath. s Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall beaved from wrath through him. 
4. He redeems us through his blood. Ephesians 1:16 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
5. He is our mediator between God and men. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6. Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father and prays for us. Roman 8:34  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
7. Jesus loves us. John 15:9  As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 
8. He does not condemn us.Romans 8:1  [There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.
9. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus. John 14:6 - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
10. Jesus loves children. Mathew 18;10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

So, like the role and personalities of God, this is not an exhaustive account of the roles and personalities of Jesus Christ. And again, it gives us a look into Jesus and how much he loves and cares for us, like his Father does. Part 4 will be taking some other things about Jesus into account.
