The Role of Jesus in the Trinity (part 4 of 6)

Jesus Our Lord and Savior

Jesus is coming back! Is he coming or you?

Jesus is coming again! Praise God!! I think his position in the Trinity is the most important because he did pay the ultimate price for our redemption. At the very least, it is just as important as the roles of God and the Holy Spirit.

However, I know that there are skeptics that do not believe Jesus is coming back. And some don't even believe in him at all.  People have been preaching that since almost the beginning of time. But just because they don't believe it, does not make them right.

Noah told the people of his day that it was going to rain. And they laughed at him and mocked him. Until the day that it did rain. And for those same people, it was too late.

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Mathew 24:37-39.

He is coming back to take his church, (believers that have accepted him as Lord) back with him to paradise. And he will cast the devil into the lake of fire.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever. Revelation 20:10

What a day that will be, for the devil will no longer be a terror to people.

He will set up his kingdom on earth.

And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever.Revelation 11: 15

And then in Revelation 22:20 Jesus says this:

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen.

And in that same verse, I think most of us can agree with this.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Are you ready for the coming of Christ? If you are not, you need to get ready for him. If you don't believe it, you will lose out on everything God has promised you. And it will be too late. Accept him today. He is waiting for you. Pray this prayer below and if you are sincere, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
